Bio:
Hans K. Meier-Ewert MD joined the Cardiovascular Center and the Department of Medicine at Boston Medical Center in May 2006 and was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine. He received an MD from Ludwig Maximilian Univ. School of Medicine in Munich, Germany, and completed training in Internal Medicine at The Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, and in Cardiovascular Diseases at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA. His clinical interests include general cardiology, cardiac amyloidosis and cardiac risk stratification. His research interests include noninvasive cardiac imaging and the interaction of sleep restriction and cardiovascular disease.
